Dementholised mint oil is obtained in the process of producing Menthol flakes & Menthol crystals.The other primary chemical elements of Dementholised mint oil are isomenthone, neomenthol, L-menthone, L-limonene, beta pinene, alpha pinene, methyl acetate, pipretone. When it comes out from the process, then the L-menthol content ranges from 20% to 35%.
Dementholised Peppermint Oil is available in two grades - terpene and terpene less.

Extraction Process:
This method practice into the deep freezer which is at -45°C to -50°C about 48 hours. Further the freeze oil is transferred into basket centrifuge in which the mentholflakes are separated in the form of flakes& solid form, unfreeze oil came out during the process its known as DMO (Dementholised oil).
Properties of DMO:
It is colorless to pale yellow to greenish yellow liquid and having pleasant & characteristic odor with taste followed by cold sensation as it is minty. DMO is miscible with alcohol.

Its constituents are ISO Menthone, Neo Menthol, L-Menthone, L-Limonene, Beta Pinene, Alpha Pinene, Methyl Acetate, Pipretone.
