EXTRACTION
Vetiver oil is obtained by steam distillation of the aromatic roots of vetiver grass.
PROPERTIES
It is viscous amber colored oil & its odor is woody.
COMPONENTS
The main chemical components are benzoic acid, vetiverol, furfurol, and b-vetivone, vetivene and vetivenyl vetivenate.
BLENDING
It blends well with grapefruit, jasmine, lavender & Ylang Ylang oil.
