oil is obtained by steam distillation of carrot seed and even whole plant.
PROPERTIES
It has a wooden earthy sweet smell & is yellow or amber colored to palr orange brown in appearance.
COMPONENTS
The major chemical constituents of carrot seed oil comprise a-pinene, geranyl acetate, sabinene, b-bisabolene, camphene, myrcene, b-pinene, y-terpinene, limonene, and carotol.
BLENDING WELL WITH:
It blends well with Bergamot, Juniper, Cedarwood, Citrus & spicy oils.
